Courtney Kliss

Courtney is the DEI Administrative and Project Coordinator for the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts at the University of Michigan, supporting the Associate Dean for DEI. She joined U-M from Grand Valley State University where she supported the fundraising of major gifts and scholarships. She holds a bachelor's degree in Women's and Gender Studies from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and is deeply committed to DEI work, which is what drew her to the College of LSA at U-M. Her professional goal is to serve others in non-profit and higher education settings through community building and DEI best practices. In her personal life, she spends her free time with her husband and black cat, Pepper.
