About
Jessica has been with the College of LSA since 2018. She began working in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Office as a coordinator and then moved to the LSA Opportunity Hub as an Internship Program coordinator and advisor to students pursuing careers in the arts, nonprofits, policy, and law. She co-founded the Hub's Accessibility Working Group, which improved access to career services for LSA students with disabilities and rolled out basic accessibility training sessions for student advisors across U-M.
Prior to joining U-M, Jessica was a consultant for Canadian and international nonprofits. She coordinated grassroots organizing and academic research initiatives within diverse communities, authored publications to inform public policy and social program design, advised on DEI matters, and implemented accessibility standards.
