Ann Titus

Ann Titus is an energetic and positive individual who loves her job! She is an Executive Assistant, who enjoys filling in for departments during critical times and likes the challenges and variety her job offers. Ann has worked for the University of Michigan for over 30 years, most of which have been in LSA, and excels in the following areas: supporting high level individuals, managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings; recording minutes; hosting outside guests, making travel arrangements, creating detailed itineraries and processing reimbursements; assisting with faculty promotions, leaves, third year reviews, retirement memoirs, and award nominations; managing all aspects of faculty search and recruitment processes; assisting with fundraiser mailings, planning departmental events, and ordering supplies. Ann really enjoys onboarding new staff in the units, providing them with helpful resource guides, giving them campus tours and providing ongoing mentorship support.  

Ann’s experience spans many disciplines and she’s always ready and willing to take on any task and is not afraid to try new things. She works well independently or in a team environment, possesses excellent computer and organizational skills and has a wealth of knowledge of university and college policies and procedures. Ann is a true professional, is always excited for her next adventure, and strives to provide the best possible service to enhance the success of departments and the college.
