About

As Executive Administrator for Dean Ceballo at the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, Dana manages complex schedules, prepares high-level briefings, oversees communications, and leads major programs and events. She brings extensive experience in high-level executive support, project management, and strategic coordination within higher education. Known for her discretion, collaboration, and ability to manage sensitive and complex priorities, she is dedicated to supporting leadership and fostering inclusive, impactful institutional cultures.

With a Master of Arts in Community-Based Education from the University of Michigan–Dearborn, she has developed initiatives that strengthen accessibility, institutional policy, and stakeholder engagement. She also serves on the steering committee of the All Campus Administrative Professionals Community of Practice, coordinating professional development for more than 500 administrative professionals across the university.
