About

As Senior Executive Administrator for Dean Ceballo at the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, Dana supports the Dean through thoughtful coordination of complex schedules, preparation of high-level briefings, and oversight of key initiatives, programs, and events. She brings a deep background in executive support, project management, and strategic coordination within higher education, and is known for her collaborative style, sound judgment, and ability to navigate sensitive and competing priorities with care. Dana is deeply committed to supporting leadership and helping cultivate inclusive, effective institutional cultures.

Dana holds a Master of Arts in Community-Based Education from the University of Michigan–Dearborn and has contributed to initiatives focused on accessibility, institutional policy, and meaningful stakeholder engagement. In addition, she serves on the steering committee of the All Campus Administrative Professionals Community of Practice, where she helps guide professional development opportunities for more than 500 administrative professionals across the university.
