Ruby is a primary staff contact for the units with questions related to tenure-track, tenured, and LEO Lecturer III recruitments. In addition, she is the primary staff contact for unit questions related to tenure-track and tenured faculty retentions.
Ruby oversees the policies and procedures for the recruitment of tenure-track and tenured faculty as well as LEO lecturer IIIs. In addition, she oversees the policies and procedures for the retention of tenure-track and tenured faculty. Ruby manages the offer processes from the unit's submission of proposed commitments through offer acceptance including reviewing and approving pool reports, drafting provost funding requests, communicating approval of commitments, tracking necessary approvals for finalization, and providing the approved offer letters.
In addition, Ruby manages recruitment and retention data and reporting within college databases.
