Jill Schramm Sonderby

Learning & Development Consultant

Jill is the Principal Consultant for Jill Sonderby Consulting, providing learning and development expertise to growing organizations. She develops strategic and tactical solutions that enable people to do their best work, and works with leadership and human resources teams to budget, plan, articulate, deliver, and measure effectiveness of learning, development, and coaching programs. Prior to consulting, Jill held leadership roles at SurveyMonkey and RPM Mortgage, focusing on employee and leadership experiences. 

Jill has served on the board of the Menlo-Atherton Foundation for the Future, and was actively involved in the National Charity League and Young Men's Service League with her children. She holds a BA in English and French from Indiana University Bloomington ('91), is an alumnae of Delta Gamma, and was a certified high school English teacher before moving into employee-focused learning roles. Her liberal arts education equipped and empowered Jill to share her love of learning through broad studies of language and literature, plus practical skills such as research, writing, public speaking and critical thinking. Jill enjoys hiking, reading, yoga, travel, knitting, and cheering on the Michigan Wolverines. #marriedtoawolverine
