President and CEO, Rose Associates, Inc.

Amy Rose is President and Chief Executive Officer of Rose Associates, a Certified Minority and Women-owned Business (M/WBE) focused on the acquisition, development, and management of multi-family rental properties in New York City and the tri-state area. Ms. Rose is responsible for the strategic, financial, and operational leadership for Rose Associates and its companies, Rose Capital Group and Rose Property Management Group. Under her direction, Rose Capital Group has acquired and is currently developing over 3 million square feet of new multifamily apartments in strategic transit-oriented locations, opportunity zones, and prime locations across the metro area. Additionally, she oversees the Rose Property Management Group, with a focus on growth and tech-forward efficiencies that have ensured that the 21,000 units the group currently has under management continually outperform the market.

Amy serves on the board of directors of INDUS Realty Trust, Inc. and the board of governors and the executive committee of The Real Estate Board of New York. She is an active member of Realty Foundation of New York, Urban Land Institute, and The Young Presidents’ Organization. Amy serves on the LSA Dean’s Advisory Council and the Ross Real Estate Advisory Board at the University of Michigan. She is a member of the board of directors of The Jewish Museum.

She attributes her LSA education to being a broad thinker, while through projects and a unique education that only Michigan can provide, she had the basis to understand the value of different people’s experiences and perspectives, serving her well in her career.
