Me and my friend Aarya decided to make a traditional German dessert called Windbeutel. This is also commonly known as cream puffs, and it consists of a light, airy choux pastry shell filled with whipped cream, pudding, or fruits. We recorded ourselves following a recipe that was originally in English, and we used our German knowledge to translate the steps into something that was easily understandable so that anyone can make it.
