ELIGIBILITY
The Summer EAP Program is designed for graduate students admitted to the University of Michigan for the fall semester. We do not accept students who plan to study English only for the summer and then return home.*
If you are attending the University of Michigan in the fall, you will be accepted to the Summer EAP Program as long as we receive your completed application, U-M letter of admission, and deposit before the application deadline. While we have an application process, if you will be attending the University of Michigan in the fall, you will be accepted as long as we receive your application, letter of admission, and deposit before the application deadline.
Space is limited in ELI Summer Programs, so while we make every effort to admit all qualified applicants, this is not always possible. Therefore, you should apply as soon as possible to reserve your place.
APPLICATION/DEPOSIT DEADLINE: Your complete application, including a non-refundable $500 tuition deposit, must be received by May 17, 2024.
FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE: Final payment must be received by June 14, 2024. (No refunds given after this date without approval of the ELI Director.)
*Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in advance by the ELI Director and the appropriate U-M Admissions Office.

Within three business days of receipt of your application, you will receive an email from us that indicates if we need any information in order to process your application. Please do not hesitate to contact us at summerprograms@umich.edu if you have questions.
NOTE: If you have been accepted to the University of Michigan, you will be accepted as soon as we receive your application, letter of admission, and deposit.
