About
Katelyn earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Michigan State University, where she was also a proud member of the Spartan Marching Band.
She brings a strong background in higher education and financial aid to her role as Assistant Director of LSA Scholarships. Most recently, Katelyn served as a Scholarship Coordinator at Lansing Community College, managing State of Michigan award programs as well as institutional and foundation funds. She began her career in higher education as a College Advisor and AmeriCorps member in two rural mid-Michigan high schools, a role that sparked her passion for helping students understand their financial aid awards and leverage funding opportunities to achieve their educational and career goals.
