Serve On The Hub Council
LSA student career success is not just the work of the Hub – it’s the collective work of the college. Together with LSA faculty, advisors, and students, join the Hub Council to advise and shape the work of career support in the college.
We meet 6 times during the academic year with some opportunities for asynchronous contributions. Each member will be asked to represent the views, issues, and concerns of the unit and department they represent. Examples of initiatives and topics Hub Council has advised on in the past:
- First-Destination Surveys and their integration in academic and co-curricular units
- The NEW! Faculty Grant for Career Education Course Integration
- The structure of the LSA Mentorship program
- The LSA Graduate School Exploration Symposium, programmes and offerings
- Beyond Your Major event series
- Student Access Focus Groups
