The UM Regents have officially approved the appointment of Professor Renée Jørgensen as our new Max Mendel Shaye Professor of Public Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. She succeeds Professor Elizabeth Anderson, who has served as our first Shaye Professor for the past few years. Thanks to Professor Anderson for her service. Congratulations to Professor Jørgensen for her appointment to this endowed professorship.
