Participants will receive a brief basic review of the multipartiality approach to dialogue facilitation as a practice for balancing asymmetric social power in dialogic settings. Significant time will be devoted to exploring the advanced strategies and skills necessary for successful multipartial facilitation. We will also briefly explore how to avoid dialogic malpractice. Lastly, participants will be given some time to ask questions related to their own use of this approach and the strategies and skills shared during the workshop.
