This month, the Archaeological Institute of America (AIA) shines its Member Spotlight on David Stone, who is both Lecturer II in the Department of Classical Studies at the University of Michigan as well as an associate research scientist at the Kelsey Museum. He is also the vice-president of the Ann Arbor chapter of the AIA and the editor of book reviews for the American Journal of Archaeology.

In the brief interview, David discusses his interest in an interdisciplinary approach to the study of past societies and how he teaches archaeology to undergrads.
