Jennifer is the Assistant Manager and Student Services Manager, taking care of most undergraduate and graduate student issues, including the time schedule, overrides, graduate applications, GSI and lecturer appointments and reviews. She is also responsible for staff supervision, computer purchases and support, and facilities and equipment management. She also coordinates our bi-annual newsletters, featuring faculty, graduate & undergraduate accomplishments. If you are unsure whom to ask a question, ask Jen and she can point you in the right direction.
Update due to COVID-19: Please be advised that due to COVID-19, as with the rest of our staff and many people at the university, I am working remotely. My regular business hours are 8:30am-4:30pm, but due to local school closures, my availability may be periodically reduced. Email is the best way to reach me, as are chats through Google Hangouts. If you do call my office line and leave a message, voicemails will be forwarded to my email. Requests for virtual meetings may be sent via Google Calendar - my free/busy info is publicly available.
