Bio: My name is Leah, and I am a sophomore studying both German and Public Health Sciences. On campus, I am involved in Delta Epsilon Mu and Public Health Association, and I am the secretary for Schriftlich. I am from Frankenmuth, Michigan where I started learning German in 8th grade. I am interested in studying German because my family is German, and I have traveled to Germany multiple times. During my time at Michigan, I studied abroad in Freiburg, Germany at the Goethe Institute. Outside of school, I love to golf, ski, and travel. I would love to talk about starting at a 300-level German course in college, studying abroad, double majoring with German, getting a dual degree at Michigan, or any German classes in general
