Administrative and calendar support to the Chair and Chief Administrator; supports faculty HR processes including leave requests, award nominations, and reviews; maintains and updates department portal, files, directories, mailing lists, schedules and other information; maintains office supply inventory; schedules seminar/conference rooms
Curriculum
Data collection and planning; time schedule management; meet-together coordination; enrollment management; LSA Course Guide updates; waitlist process and overrides; classroom reservations/concerns; teaching evaluation orders; final grade submission process
