Canon Translation Journal

Canon Translation Journal is the University of Michigan’s online literary magazine dedicated to promoting and publishing undergraduate translation. Although we are based within the Comparative Literature department, we hope to draw students from all areas of the university.

COMPLIT 494, "Translation Practicum"

Students can join Canon's editorial team by electing the course COMPLIT 494:

This course introduces the practice of translation in professional contexts, with flexibility for the instructor to invite practicing translators to the class. Students learn about a variety of careers in translation and/or practice specific translation skills and tools. This course currently hosts the Canon Translation Journal.
