Areas of Responsibility:
- Primary contact for undergraduate programs (majors/minor), including inquiries, community-building, and outreach.
- Coordinates with faculty and department leadership to schedule and maintain curriculum offerings (current courses, course modifications, and program modifications).
- Provides administrative support for:
- Director of Undergraduate Studies (DUS) - Scheduling, academic advising, communications, and department Undergraduate Committee.
- Undergraduate students - Milestones, independent studies, honors theses, translation capstone projects, enrollment, and departmental awards.
- Graduate Student Instructors (GSIs) - Training, observations, and awards.
- Manages department facilities, classroom, offices, and student and curriculum records.
