Netta Berlin, lecturer IV in classical studies, has been named the 2026–27 Alice Freeman Palmer Collegiate Lecturer in recognition of her outstanding teaching, mentorship, and service. A cornerstone of the Department of Classical Studies for more than 20 years, Berlin has strengthened the undergraduate curriculum, fostered an inclusive learning environment, and inspired students to explore classical literature and its modern relevance.
