About
Rebecca Jackson is the communications coordinator for the Department of Anthropology and the Department of Afroamerican and African Studies, facilitating internal and external communications for both departments. Editorial writing, website and social media management, and graphic design are key aspects of her role(s). Rebecca has nearly a decade of marketing/PR experience at firms and small businesses around Ann Arbor and metro Detroit. Additionally, after earning an M.A. (from U-M!) in educational studies, she taught high school English for several years.
