"Parasites: A User's Guide" is a documentary film about helmenthic therapy by NYC film school graduate and UMBS alumna Sharon Shattuck. It includes interviews and footage filmed at the Biological Station. "Parasites" made the film festival rounds in 2010, including screenings at the Camden International Film Festival, the International Conference on Biotherapy, the Traverse City Film Festival and the Michigan Film Festival.
