If you must cancel or greatly reduce the size/scope of your event three weeks or prior, you are liable for the loss of the deposit and any unrecoverable and direct funds incurred by the UMBS in preparation for your event.
If you fail to cancel an event at least ten business days prior to the event start date, you will be assessed 100% of the guaranteed minimum estimated event food charges. Please note that changes in the event dates within this cancellation deadline may result in a cancellation fee.
