Important Notes for Registration:
- If you have not used CampDoc.com before, you will need to create a new account before proceeding.
- Follow the instructions to register for your desired camp programs.
- You will immediately be given access to your camper's health profile upon completing registration through CampDoc.com.
- You may either complete your camper's health profile at this time or you may log out and return at a later date.
- Part of the Camp Explorations registration fee includes a Camp tshirt. To ensure accurate sizing and ordering you must have your child’s size entered by May 28, 2024. We cannot guarantee accurate tshirt size if you enter your child’s size after this date.
- At any time you may return and log in by entering the full email address and password you used to register your camper in order to complete or review your camper's health profile, registration, or payment information.
- We highly suggest returning to CampDoc.com and reviewing your camper's health profile about a week before their camp session to ensure that your information is up to date.
Please Note: Your camper health profiles must be completed the day before camp starts or you and your camper(s) will be delayed during sign-in on the first day of the program.
Adventure Sessions are for completed Grades K-5. Campers are placed in small groups by age. Campers who have completed a young fives program may also register for these sessions.

Middle School STEM sessions are for completed Grades 6-8.
Little Explorers is best suited for children who have not yet completed Kindergarten but may attend another program such as preschool, daycare, young fives, etc.

To register for Little Explorers, campers must be 4 years old by the camp start date.
Camp Explorations Health and Safety Practices
- Campers will be placed in groups of 10 or fewer.
- Food is not provided.
- Camp Families are responsible for packing lunch and snacks for their campers.
- This is a reminder that Camp Explorations is a NUT FREE camp. Please be mindful that we have students with severe/life threatening nut allergies.

The U-M Museum of Natural History has scholarships available for Washtenaw County campers in need of financial help. Scholarships are available for campers that qualify for free or reduced lunch at their school.
- Adventure Sessions Scholarship covers $200 of AM and $190 of PM session ($100 for Week 3 sessions) of the cost of the camp session and is limited to 2 sessions per child. After Camp Care fees are waived.
- Little Explorer Sessions Scholarship covers $140 of the cost of the camp session and is limited to 1 session per child ($70 for Week 3 session).
- Middle School STEM sessions covers $400 of the cost of the camp session and is limited to 1 session per child. Before Camp Care and After Camp Care fees are waived.
Please email ummnh.camp@umich.edu with the qualifying letter to apply for a scholarship.
A $40 cancellation fee is applied to all refunds. Refunds will be given if requested at least 14 days before your camp start date. No refunds will be given if requested within 14 days of your camp start date. Please notify the camp office in writing for any cancellation requests.
Camp Explorations reserves the right to remove any child from camp if the child's behavior is overly disruptive, inappropriate, or creates a safety hazard. In such cases, the child will be immediately removed from camp and asked not to return, possibly for the remainder of the camp and/or the remainder of the summer. In these cases, no refunds will be given.
