I am interested in decision-theoretic ethics, artificial intelligence, and epistemology.

Before starting at Michigan, I was a research fellow at the Center for AI Safety in San Francisco, where I worked on mitigating societal-scale risks from artificial intelligence. Before that, I was a PhD student at the University of Southern California.

I am originally from Perth, Australia.
