International students are welcome and eligible for full financial support in the doctoral program. The Department guarantees as many as six years of full financial support for all students who are admitted to the Ph.D. program, subject to satisfactory progress and teaching.
If you received a degree from a non-US institution, be prepared to send:

Transcripts/official records from each undergraduate or postgraduate institution attended;

Official certification of degrees and dates awarded, issued in the original language.
