First and second-year MRADS students have the opportunity to spend an evening celebrating the rich intellectual history of the Black community. Attendees will engage in meaningful conversation, share insights, and exchange knowledge on various aspects of Black history. This dinner will serve as a space to deeply examine the role that marginalized researchers play in affecting meaningful change in our world.

Mr. Keith Young
Keith Young is the founder and CEO of Ecotek Lab, the only independent lab for young researchers, innovators, and inventors in the U.S. With a stellar career in the private sector working for Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Young was inspired to make a lasting impact in the field of education. In 2005, he founded Ecotek Lab, dedicating the past 18 years to exposing youth to scientific research and supporting them in forming several startup organizations.
