Michigan Research and Discovery Scholars (MRADS) is a partner of the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP).
MRADS students participate in UROP research projects. In addition, MRADS students live together, enroll in ALA104: "Introduction to Research", attend MRADS specific Research Seminars, and meet with in-house MRADS Peer Advisors. At the end of the winter term, MRADS has a Spring Research Symposium that is separate from UROP. UROP is a great option for students looking to participate in research that do not want the live-in requirement.
