Jeffrey Rubin is the CEO of JR Group Inc, a family office, focused on investments in the financial industry. Before establishing his family office, Jeff founded Premier Payments, a full service payments provider to businesses throughout the United States. Prior to Premier Payments, Jeff founded and was President of Newtek Business Services (NASDAQ-NEWT), where he was responsible for the company's sales and operations. Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors of BRT Apartments (NYSE-BRT), a publicly traded REIT focused on the multi family residential market.

Jeff has utilized his relationships from the University of Michigan in many aspects of his business career. He has focused on hiring graduates to work in his businesses, as well as providing internships to Michigan students. He truly values his LSA education, and believes that it has provided the foundation for both his personal and professional development. Jeff is passionate about mentoring Michigan students and graduates. He is focused on how the Michigan and LSA network can be as valuable as possible to all graduates.
