Andrei S. Markovits, Arthur F. Thurnau Professor and Karl W. Deutsch Collegiate Professor of Comparative Politics and German Studies, was honored by Leuphana University of Lüneburg, Germany. Leuphana University, which awarded Markovits an honorary doctorate in 2007, hosted a full day of lectures by eminent German scholars on Saturday, October 20, 2018.
