Four winter 2018 German department graduates were named as finalists for the Fulbright U.S. Student Program 2018-2019. German majors Kyle Johnson, Edwin Mayes, and Hannah Shuman were offered English Teaching Assistantships in Germany. German minor Elizabeth Oliphant was offered a Fulbright Study-Research Award to explore the geothermal industry in Indonesia. For more information, see the International Institute’s article.
