We wish to congratulate Louise-Helene Filion, our Visiting Scholar, on her recent publications:
- Together with Hans-Jürgen Lüsebrink (Universität des Saarlandes) and Robert Dion (Université du Québec à Montréal), Louise-Helene edited the latest issue of Eurostudia: Transatlantic Journal for European Studies, the journal associated with the Canadian Center for German and European Studies at the Université de Montréal. The issue includes articles on “fictions of history” in both Canadian-German and Franco-German contexts.
- Louise-Helene's article “The uses of German in contemporary Québécois Bildung narratives: Eric Dupont’s Bestiaire and Diane-Monique Daviau’s “Colères!,” has been recently published in Zeitschrift für Kanada-Studien (issue 70, 2020).
- She also wrote a book chapter in Klassik als kulturelle Praxis. Funktional, intermedial, transkulturell (De Gruyter, 2019) and another recent contribution to Revue d’Allemagne et des pays de langue allemande (vol. 51, No. 2, Fall 2019).
