DAAS Wins Award from the Black Volunteer Network
DAAS won the Departmental Support Award from the Black Volunteer Network. The department was presented with a certificate of appreciation. The mission of the Black Volunteer Network is to improve the U-M community by providing Black students, staff, faculty, and others with the opportunity to volunteer. Founded in 1994, the organization helps established Black organizations on campus to identify appropriate opportunities for service, provides Black students, staff, faculty and others,regardless of their affiliations to other organizations, with opportunities to volunteer.
