Stacy Tiburzi is the Executive Assistant for the Department of Astronomy.
- Provides high-level administrative support to the Department Chair and Department Chief Administrator.
- Coordinates faculty search, hiring, review, and promotion processes.
- Planning and on-site management of conferences and events.
- Weekly colloquia series management of speaker travel, meeting schedule, event advertising, and honoraria.
- Faculty leave forecasting and request processing.
- Postdoctoral fellow position advertising and onboarding.
- Space planning for postdoctoral fellows and department visiting scholars.
- Procurement and expense reconciliation for department goods and services.
- Multiple calendar management and meeting coordination.
