Calling all stressed graduate students to join our monthly wellness group series to learn about the impacts of stress, strategies to cope and enjoy a free lunch! This FREE in-person educational wellness group is for graduate students only. Each month we will focus on different stress management techniques and provide a safe space for graduate students to share their stressors. Students are welcome to attend one wellness group or all four.

These wellness grops are facilitated by staff from the Eisenberg Family Depression Center and is a collaborative service with U-M Engineering's C.A.R.E. Center and the Newnan Academic Advising Center.

Registration is not required for in-person wellness groups, but is recommended so there is enough lunch for all attendees. You can register at campusmindworks.org.
