Newnan general 1:1 drop-in advising is available only to currently-enrolled LSA students who are not enrolled in the Residential College, Honors Program, or Comprehensive Studies Program.
What Types of Questions Can Be Answered in Drop-In?
General advisors can assist with questions on LSA general education requirements (skills/distribution) and LSA advising topics that are not specific to a particular major or minor (policies, classes, or academic concerns).

Newnan drop-in is not designed for these questions. Please contact a major or minor advisor, or for cross-campus transferring out of LSA, your UM school of interest (UM weblogin required).
How Long Are Drop-In Conversations? Who Will I Be Meeting With?
Drop-in is designed for quick questions (10-20 minutes) and students meet with the next available advisor. If you would like to talk longer or meet with a specific advisor, please schedule a general advising appointment.
