About
My dissertation is concerned with organizational risk management and accountability processes within collegiate fraternities. Using critical feminist theory, masculinity studies, and organizational theory, I look at status hierarchies and expected gender performances among fraternity men, and how these cultural standards influence bystander behaviors between friends and within students' closest social circles. I further examine the movement in higher education of applying restorative practices to address sexual violence on campus.
