About
Prof. Lee retired on 12/31/2011
I study the organization of behavior and development by environmental information that influences biological rhythms (primarily circadian rhythms), by gonadal and stress axis steroids (including sex differences), and by social interactions. I am interested in a wide variety of non-photic controls of circadian rhythms, as well as the development of photic control. This is studied in diurnal degus and rats. I am also interested in the interaction of early steroid hormones on social interactions and the development of adult behavior. This is studied in sheep, rats and degus.
