According to the Sweetland Center website, "the Fellows Seminar brings together graduate student instructors (Junior Fellows) and faculty (Senior Fellows) from multiple disciplines who share a commitment to integrating writing in their courses." During the winter term, Senior Fellows confer with colleagues and visting experts about incorporating writing into courses. During the fall term, Senior Fellows teach a writing course or seminar. Each Senior Fellow receives a $4000 research grant.
