Wayne State photography Professor Marilyn Zimmerwoman's exhibit, So You Say You Want a Revolution: Sustainable Activism and Beloved Communities of Detroit is in the Lane Hall Exhibit Space, September 5 - December 13, 2013. Join us for the opening reception.
Marilyn Zimmerwoman is an artist, critical thinker, and post modern feminist whose work ranges from autobiographical family portraits to collaborative community installations to the Woodward Rephotographic Project. Her work has been exhibited widely, with inclusion in national and international collections, such as the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, England.
This exhibit is hosted by the Women's Studies Department and the Institute for Research on Women and Gender, with support from the Penny W. Stamps School of Art & Design.
