About
Charlotte is a senior studying public policy at the Ford School with a focus in inequalities and youth and education, and minoring in Gender, Race and Nation through Women's Studies. Charlotte hopes to start a career in university admissions and recruiting, with the ultimate goal to engage in policy-level work on education and equity.
She is so grateful to UROP because it was her first exposure to anything research related. "UROP has given me wonderful mentorship, friends, and work opportunities that have shaped my undergrad experience. This past summer, I was fortunate enough to stay in the UROP office and help out, and I was also a research assistant at Poverty Solutions, mainly working with the Summer Youth Employment Program. I'm fortunate enough to stay as an RA this school year and work on SYEP program evaluation and other Poverty Solutions projects!"
In her free time, she enjoys boxing, keeping up with the 2020 election, and drinking LOTS of coffee. Charlotte is so excited to be a returning PF this year, and knows it is going to be a great senior year!
