About
As the Assistant Director, Customer Experience, I lead the Technology Support and Library Services team at LSA Technology Services, University of Michigan. My team provides the frontline support for faculty, students and staff in their technology needs including technology support and equipment checkout. I work closely with faculty and staff at LSA and beyond to understand their needs, plan for their teaching and learning projects and coordinate resources for them.
My work and education background is in technology/IT services, libraries, archives and museums. With degrees from University of Michigan in Art History (BA, 2007), Archives and Records Management (MSI, 2010) and Museum Studies (Graduate Certificate, 2014), I am very interested in customer experience through best practices of customer service, and providing equal access to technology. I have worked at the University of Michigan since 2007 in various positions at University Library before joining LSA in 2015.
