About
Ewa Pasek's current interests are focused on foreign language pedagogy and acquisition, with special emphasis on acquisition of Polish as a second language, and the development of materials for teaching Slavic languages. Her research interests also include lexicography, Romani Studies, and Critical Discourse Studies.
Ewa Pasek administers Polish and Czech placement tests to all students who intend to continue studying Polish or Czech at U-M, and proficiency exams to students who want to test out of a language requirement.
