About
Hi! My name is Kiara (KiKi) Gilbert and I'm interested in moral agency under conditions of scarcity– particularly in relation to structural disenfranchisement. I graduated in 2021 with a degree in African American Studies. Shortly after I spent two years in the UK, where I received back-to-back post-graduate degrees in Critical Theory and Philosophy. Since graduating, I've worked as a community organizer throughout South London, specifically in Croydon, Peckham, and Brixton. Alongside philosophy, I have a deep love for poetry, documentaries on ancient Rome, and speculative fiction.
