At the end of January, Professor Sarah Moss, the William Wilhartz Professor in Philosophy, delivered her Inaugural Lecture with much success. She discussed the justification of sharing the criminal sentences facing a defendant with the jury acessing their trial.

Sarah Moss works mainly in epistemology and philosophy of language. Her research also addresses questions in formal semantics, philosophy of mind, and legal philosophy.
