Describe a way you implement wellness and taking care of yourself?
One way that I like to implement wellness is by drawing. Taking time to make art has always been very therapeutic for me, so if I am ever feeling stressed a like to take a couple minutes to doodle or sketch and allow myself to relax a little bit.
