Going on walks and spending time in nature are a few ways I maintain balance and wellness. I love running through the Arb in the morning when no one is there, it's peaceful and good to help you clear your mind.
What is a show that you've watched, a book you've read, or music you've enjoyed recently?
I recently read the Midnight Library, which I would recommend to anyone, especially new college students! It helped me to remember to live in the moment and embrace the future as it comes.
