Describe a way you implement wellness and taking care of yourself?

College can really be a whirlwind, packed with classes, activities, and social life, leaving you feeling like there aren't enough hours in the day. For me, hitting the gym has been key to keeping my head clear and staying on top of everything. I admit, during my second semester as a freshman, I started slipping and wasn't going as consistently. But over the summer, I got back into it, even with classes going on. I've learned that no matter how busy things get, there's always time for a workout if you make it a priority. It’s truly been a game changer for my overall well-being.
