Describe a way you implement wellness and taking care of yourself?
I implement wellness as a way to destress from school by performing minor self care acts such as doing my nails or taking a really relaxing shower. If I feel every overwhelmed, I will make sure to carve out time in my schedule to read for 30 min and then go on a walk just to clear my head.

A book I read recently that I enjoyed was rouge by Mona Awad, it is a book that incorporates French and English and how beauty is viewed in today's society.
