What is a quote that inspires you, and why?

I am inspired by this quote because I come from Appalachia. Therefore, I understand how difficult it is to get healthcare in the ever increasingly prevalent healthcare "deserts" that exist in the South West, Appalachia, or even in the rural southeastern states like Alabama.
What is a health issue that you are really passionate about, and why?
The pressure placed upon healthcare clinicians by for-profit healthcare institutions, private equity, insurance companies, and large hospital systems to be faster and see more patients than ever. The clinician shortage affecting the country only adds to this pressure and now people are getting what, 8 minutes(?) with their physician to discuss their health? This is NOT enough time to discuss serious matters - plus, then you might even get told that you saw the wrong physician and you have a bill that now has come out of nowhere.
I think you shouldn't have to fight to see a clinician. You also shouldn't have to go to a concierge medical clinic or see a private physician (which who can afford, other physicians?) to be able to speak to your medical care team for more than 25 minutes. This pressure can be alleviated by cutting the amount of time clinicians do administrative things, such as charting, or removing barriers to care such as insurance denials, or even as simple as removing healthcare deserts that exist.
